Tickets grant access to Edge Esmeralda programming for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at info@edgeesmeralda.com — we will do our best to find a reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis.
Ticket prices vary by duration and participant type. Prices are subject to change and will increase closer to the event. Accommodation and meals are not included in the ticket price unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our Code of Conduct without refund.
Edge Esmeralda may photograph, film, or record portions of the event for documentation, promotional, and nonprofit reporting purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed in public event spaces. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify our team in writing at info@edgeesmeralda.com.
Participants may photograph and share their own experiences on social media. Please be mindful of others' privacy and obtain consent before posting photos of other attendees.
Participation in Edge Esmeralda activities — including but not limited to outdoor events, physical activities, workshops, and community experiments — involves inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
Edge Institute, Inc. is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Content you create and share at Edge Esmeralda remains your own. By sharing it publicly at the event (e.g., during talks or demo days), you grant Edge Esmeralda a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reference or feature it in our nonprofit reporting and promotional materials.
All Edge Esmeralda branding, website content, and organizational materials are the property of Edge Institute, Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered participants by email. Continued participation in the event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
